Account Executive – Home Health/Hospice
Crystal is a native, lifelong Hoosier from Indiana (Go IU!) with a background as a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, working in home health, hospice and senior living. As a talent advisor for her clients, she assists in a number of areas that are critical to any hiring process, specifically assessing talent, identifying high impact positions and examining how roles fit into an organization and its culture.
Her industry knowledge (in both healthcare sales and a clinician) allows her to better understand our clients’ needs and most unique challenges in the healthcare arena. She can bring value to every referral partner conversation while considering what success looks like for your home health or hospice organization.
She received a Master’s degree while studying nutrition at Ball State University. After establishing a successful career in a broad range of health care settings, Crystal transitioned into the talent side of the industry, to help further the success of organizations by connecting them to top talent.
Crystal is a mother of two boys living in the Indianapolis, IN area with her husband (they are almost empty nesters!) When not with family, she enjoys scouring thrift shops, refurbishing or repurposing vintage finds, building her vinyl collection and traveling.
